Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a HR Coordinator to support recruiting operations, onboarding, HR administration, talent development initiatives, and employee data management within a growing organization. This role serves as a key partner to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience while maintaining accuracy across recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and HR processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Details
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexible Start Times Available)
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: None
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Coordinate recruiter and hiring manager intake meetings
- Schedule interviews for professional-level positions across multiple locations
- Partner with candidates throughout the interview process
- Coordinate interview logistics, agendas, and interview packets
- Manage candidate communications, assessments, and recruiting documentation
- Support third-party recruiter coordination and executive interview scheduling
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and background screening processes
- Develop onboarding plans and first-week schedules
- Create onboarding packets, orientation materials, and new hire communications
- Coordinate onboarding meetings and stakeholder introductions
- Submit IT requests and workstation setup requirements
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives
HR Operations & Administration
- Create and process employee documentation, including personnel changes and separation notices
- Support HR records management and confidential document maintenance
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives
- Code HR invoices and support administrative workflows
- Maintain and update HR and Talent Acquisition procedures
Talent Development Support
- Generate and format HR, LMS, and workforce reports
- Coordinate training sessions and employee participation tracking
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Research industry trends and training resources
- Assist with employee communications related to training programs
Project & Team Support
- Support HR events, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Assist with reporting requests, workforce data analysis, and special projects
- Manage calendars and scheduling support for HR leadership
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- ADP
- Dayforce (transition in progress)
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- JourneyFront
- HRIS Platforms
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, or HR Administration
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working within HRIS systems (ADP, Dayforce, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
