Customer/Sales Support Representative
Location: eden Prairie, MN (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Position Type: Contract to hire
Duration: Approx. 6 months with potential extension
Start Date: ASAP
This customer-facing support role is responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to clients through both phone and email communication. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, evaluate, and direct incoming phone calls in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Assist customers by providing detailed and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone and email.
- Enter and maintain customer information and records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Perform additional customer service-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, front desk support, or a call center environment preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing setting strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, email platforms, and data entry systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
- Must be located in the Minneapolis area.
