About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing organization is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations and provide an exceptional candidate experience. This role serves as a key partner to recruiters and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from interview scheduling through onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across multiple departments.
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling requests while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout various stages of the hiring process.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support hiring initiatives.
  • Prepare interview schedules, candidate documentation, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with reporting, recruiting metrics, and pipeline management.
  • Support hiring events, career fairs, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruiting operations projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or HR software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting recruiting or HR functions in a technical, manufacturing, engineering, or operations-focused environment.
  • Exposure to executive scheduling or high-volume interview coordination.
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics and reporting.
  • Experience supporting organizations during periods of rapid growth.
