We are seeking a polished, outgoing, and customer-focused Marketing & Client Experience Representative to serve as the welcoming face to the office and support both front-office operations and customer-facing marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, assisting visitors and internal employees, coordinating customer visits and showroom activities, and appearing in marketing videos, product demonstrations, and promotional content. The ideal candidate is naturally friendly, confident engaging with a variety of people, comfortable speaking on camera, and eager to contribute within a growing and collaborative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, delivery personnel, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Manage daily front desk coverage, including visitor check-ins, guest communication, and reception area organization.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while responding to general questions and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, customer appointments, meetings, showroom tours, equipment demonstrations, and visitor logistics.
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and customer-ready reception area, showroom, and shared office spaces.
  • Provide general administrative and office support to leadership, employees, and internal departments as needed.
  • Support customer visits, special events, meetings, equipment demonstrations, and other company-hosted activities.
  • Serve as an on-camera representative in marketing videos, promotional materials, customer success stories, and product demonstrations.
  • Present prepared information in a natural, engaging, confident, and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams to prepare for and participate in content creation.
  • Assist with showroom tours and help provide customers with a positive, informative, and memorable experience.
  • Represent the Frain Industries brand in a polished, upbeat, and professional manner both in person and on camera.
  • Use Microsoft Office and the company’s proprietary Quest system to complete administrative tasks, access information, and support daily operations.
  • Build positive relationships with employees across the organization while treating internal team members as valued customers.
  • Follow through consistently on assigned responsibilities, requests, and customer needs.
  • Listen carefully to instructions, accept coaching, and apply feedback to improve performance and customer interactions.
  • Learn the company’s processing and packaging equipment offerings to effectively support customer visits and marketing content.
  • Assist with additional reception, customer experience, marketing, and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, events, communications, administrative support, or another customer-facing role.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality with a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with the ability to serve as the face of the company.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with confidence interacting with individuals and groups.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in recorded marketing or promotional videos.
  • Ability to present prepared information in a clear, natural, and engaging manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, listening skills, and attention to detail.
  • Consistent follow-through with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or the willingness and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to navigate customized business systems and learn Frain Industries’ proprietary Quest platform.
  • Positive, upbeat, and approachable communication style with strong eye contact and a welcoming presence.
  • Coachability and openness to receiving and applying constructive feedback.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong commitment to professional presentation and conduct.
  • Experience with video, radio, media, public speaking, presentations, or content creation is preferred.
  • No previous processing or packaging equipment industry experience is required.
