Our client, a leading global professional services organization located in downtown Houston, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and practice teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This individual will manage calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses, and assist with a wide variety of administrative projects while serving as a key resource to legal professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume setting, can effectively prioritize competing requests, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and support. This is a fully onsite position working standard business hours, 40 hours per week, in a direct hire capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to attorneys and practice groups

* Manage complex calendars, scheduling requests, and meeting coordination

* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

* Prepare, review, and submit expense reports and reimbursements

* Support attorneys with administrative workflows and daily operational needs

* Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate requests

* Assist with meeting planning, conference coordination, and event logistics

* Utilize Microsoft Office and firm technology platforms to complete assignments

* Track, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

* Partner with fellow Practice Assistants and administrative staff to ensure high-quality support

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of administrative, executive support, or practice assistant experience preferred

* Experience supporting professionals in a corporate or professional services environment

* Strong calendar management and scheduling experience

* Experience coordinating travel and handling expense reporting

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Professional written and verbal communication skills

* Strong customer service mindset and team-oriented approach

* Comfortable learning new technologies, business systems, and AI-enabled tools
