We are seeking a Workforce Operations Specialist to support a large contingent workforce program. In this role, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers, staffing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience throughout the worker lifecycle, from onboarding through assignment completion. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy relationship management, coordinating multiple priorities, working with data and systems, and serving as a trusted partner to both internal teams and external vendors.

Role Type: Longterm, ongoing contract

Location: DTC, South Denver, 4 days onsite

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and business stakeholders to support workforce requests and assignments.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for contingent workers.
  • Track worker assignments and maintain accurate records within a Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Monitor compliance requirements and ensure required documentation is completed on time.
  • Support workforce reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal business partners.
  • Assist with troubleshooting process and system-related issues.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance program efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce management, HR, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with vendor management programs, managed service providers (MSPs), staffing agencies, or contingent workforce programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with a Vendor Management System (VMS), MSP environment, ATS, CRM, or HRIS platform strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
