We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator for our client, a growing organization looking to add to their HR team.

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and eager to learn and grow within the HR field.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and facilitating new hire orientations.
  • Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Process employment-related documentation, including offer letters, personnel changes, and employee files.
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company-wide events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and business leaders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Internship experience or 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to develop a career in Human Resources.
