Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources and access methods for reporting and analytics.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes, transformation logic, and data staging solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Splunk to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and convert raw data into meaningful information that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment, participating in 2-week sprints and 12-week Program Increment (PI) planning cycles while adapting to changing priorities.
- Identify new data sources, perform data validation and quality checks, and leverage SQL and Excel to support reporting and analytics efforts.
Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Security+ certification or an IAT Level II compliant certification required; no exceptions or waivers.
- 5-7 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, data integrations, and transformation workflows.
- Strong SQL programming skills with experience extracting, transforming, staging, and consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI and/or Splunk.
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets into business intelligence solutions and actionable insights in a fast-paced Agile environment.
