About the Position

Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to support an ongoing source code review hosted at their San Francisco office. This is a full-time, in-office temporary role with two primary areas of responsibility: monitoring access and activity during the source code review, and providing administrative, facilities, and technology support to the office operations team. Working under the guidance of the San Francisco Office Manager, the ideal candidate is a college graduate who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a consistent and punctual in-office schedule for the duration of the engagement.

Source Code Review Monitor Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor access to the source code review room, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry
  • Maintain accurate sign-in/sign-out logs for all review participants
  • Enforce review protocols and confidentiality procedures in accordance with firm guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reviewers during scheduled sessions
  • Report any irregularities, security concerns, or protocol violations to supervising staff promptly
  • Assist with opening and closing the review room at the start and end of each session

Office Services & Administrative Support Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the operations team, including document handling, copying, scanning, and filing
  • Assist with facilities-related tasks such as maintaining common areas, coordinating supply orders, and submitting maintenance requests
  • Support technology needs including basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, and coordinating with IT as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors and vendors in a professional manner
  • Assist with mail handling, package receipt, and distribution
  • Perform other office support duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Prior experience in an office, legal, or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols consistently
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; ability to maintain a steady, consistent in-office schedule is essential
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable with basic office technology (Microsoft Office Suite, printers, AV equipment, etc.)
  • Professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude
