- Support attorneys with case management and litigation-related tasks
- Maintain calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and appointments
- Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and case files
- Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
- Provide general administrative and legal support as needed
- Prior experience with New York No-Fault claims required
- Third-party bodily injury litigation experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Detail-oriented, professional, and team-focused approach
