Manufacturing Accounting Process Consultant Opportunity | Pay up to $110/hr.!
Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Manufacturing Accounting Process Consultant on behalf of a growing organization in the Western Suburbs of Minneapolis. This strategic consulting engagement will involve assessing current-state accounting processes, identifying gaps and risks, and recommending process, control, and system improvements to support future growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
* Evaluate current accounting processes and procedures
* Conduct gap analyses and identify areas for improvement
* Recommend process optimization and stronger financial controls
* Assess risks, audit considerations, and compliance frameworks
* Evaluate ERP effectiveness and recommend system enhancements
* Partner with finance leadership to drive operational improvements
* Provide strategic recommendations that support future growth
What we’re looking for:
* Manager-level (or higher) cost accounting leadership experience
* Standard Cost Accounting SME
* Deep manufacturing accounting expertise
* Strong standard costing knowledge
* Proven process improvement and transformation experience
* Public company accounting background
* Experience working with auditors, controls, and risk management
* Ability to operate independently and influence senior leaders
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with Oracle or similar large ERP systems
Details:
* Pay rate up to $110/hr. (DOE)
* Hybrid schedule, typically 3 days onsite in the Western Suburbs of MPLS
* High-visibility engagement with senior finance leadership
