We are currently partnered with a Real Estate Firm who is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This hire will be working on the receivables for their residential properties which totals to over 800 tenants.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential real estate with a high volume of receivables. Knowledge of commercial real estate would be a plus as they have properties in that space as well. You will be coordinating directly with the tenants so strong customer service skills are necessary. They are offering a competitive salary, strong benefits, and are 5 days onsite in their Manhattan office.
