Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a Portfolio Transaction Specialist to support a high-volume commercial real estate transaction and lease management initiative. This role will serve as a key resource across portfolio transactions, lease administration, document management, landlord coordination, and project tracking activities. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial real estate experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions while ensuring critical deadlines and documentation requirements are met.
Position Details
- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Rate: $58.00 – $62.00/hour
- Schedule: 9-5PM
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Start Date: Immediate
- Assignment Length: Through year-end with strong potential for extension
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate portfolio transactions across multiple properties and workstreams
- Review commercial leases and extract key business terms, provisions, and transactional data
- Track transaction milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous deals
- Manage landlord communications, consent requests, estoppels, and transaction-related documentation
- Coordinate documentation among real estate, lease administration, legal, and operational stakeholders
- Maintain transaction records, lease databases, trackers, and reporting tools
- Support portfolio transitions, property transfers, and lease documentation updates
- Monitor transaction pipelines and provide project status updates
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Organize and manage high volumes of lease, property, and transaction-related documentation
- Support reporting and system updates associated with active portfolio transactions

- CoStar or Similar Lease Management Platforms
- Commercial Real Estate Transaction Tracking Systems
- Document Management Systems
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, portfolio transaction, or real estate operations experience
- Experience supporting commercial real estate portfolio transactions and multi-property projects
- Strong understanding of commercial lease documentation, transaction workflows, and landlord coordination
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate across lease administration, real estate, and operations teams
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills focused on tracking, reporting, and organization
- Strong systems aptitude with the ability to work across multiple technology platforms
- Experience with CoStar or comparable lease management software preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
