Beacon Hill is supporting a top employer in Middlesex County, NJ, in finding multiple Accounts Receivable (AR) Analysts to join their team. Our client is growing rapidly and is seeking accounting and finance graduates, as well as AR professionals with 1-3 years of experience. The team is open to candidates from all industries, including those with operational accounting and billing experience.
Position Summary:
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections activities
- Support account reconciliations, customer account research, and resolution of billing discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payment
- Assist with month-end close related to AR activities and prepare financial schedules as needed
- Support financial reporting, internal controls, and audit requests related to receivables
- Partner with finance leadership on ad hoc projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Technical Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience required
- Ability to start immediately / ASAP
- Comfortable working in an onsite professional environment
