Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in Center City, is seeking a contracted Customer Service Representative to join their team! This Customer Service Representative will be answering customer’s questions and support for their claims and additional inquiries.
About You:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Background in medical terminology or healthcare support is helpful
About the Job:
- Handle customer inquiries related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal access, and ID cards
- Provide 5-star service with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented support
- Resolve member issues efficiently through clear communication and active listening
- Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all customer interactions
- Support the overall customer experience by upholding high service standards and team values
