Investment Operations Specialist to $75K – Join a Top-Tier Firm!
Our client, a wealth management firm, is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support critical back-office investment functions. This role focuses on processing and reconciling financial activity, managing cash movements, and ensuring accurate data flow across systems. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of investment operations or relevant corporate experience, along with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

- Responsibilities include processing daily income, cash transactions, and corporate actions; reconciling custody accounts and resolving discrepancies across systems; managing cash balances and sweep activity into approved funds; handling securities transfers and stock gifting transactions; supporting asset servicing activities such as loans, alternative investments, and class actions; maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards; and assisting with audits, system updates, and operational initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of investment operations or financial services experience; strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (institutional accounting platforms and market data tools preferred); exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data; strong organizational and time management skills in deadline-driven environments; a proactive, self-starter mindset with accountability for processes; and strong communication and collaboration skills within professional office settings.
