Sourcing Operations Associates to $90K + Bonus & Profit Sharing!
Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Sourcing Operations Associate to support investment sourcing, research, and relationship management efforts across multiple industry verticals. This role will focus on evaluating opportunities, enhancing data and AI-driven workflows, and maintaining critical deal pipelines and networks. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in business development or sales operations, with strong Excel skills and exposure to CRM tools.

- Responsibilities include supporting early-stage investment screening and prioritization; conducting market research, industry analysis, and diligence support; managing and optimizing CRM systems and deal pipelines; identifying and implementing AI tools to improve sourcing and research workflows; building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and tracking executive movements; coordinating outreach efforts and facilitating introductions within professional networks; and assisting with pitch materials, marketing content, and event logistics.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related field; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience using CRM platforms and data sourcing tools; strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; demonstrated interest in AI applications within business workflows; and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the confidence to drive outreach and manage multiple priorities.
