Our client a well renowned Museum is seeking a Museum Greeter to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Greet visitors and serve as a first point of contact
- Scan timed-entry passes using handheld devices
- Assist visitors with entry questions and direct issues to on-site staff
- Support line management and crowd flow as needed
- Provide basic museum information and directions
- Follow visitor services protocols and daily briefings
- Stand for extended periods and work indoors/outdoors as assigned
About You:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Clear communicator able to answer common questions
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- $19/hr
- Shift Length: 6-7 hours
