About this Role:
A reputable social services organization is seeking an experienced Housing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and working with vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Assess needs and link participants to community resources
- Provide job readiness training and assist with job placement
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
- Travel to partner sites and conduct outreach
- Build relationships with employers and community partners
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Case management and resource navigation experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
