Reputable health and wellness company in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team! Searching for an individual with great communication skills and a passion for health and wellness. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive sales and engagement of health and wellness products.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries.
- Utilize text, and social media for sales campaigns.
- Process orders via phone, email, and website.
- Follow up on referrals and leads.
- Manage and grow client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of inside or retail sales, customer service or related experience.
- Passion for health and wellness is a must!
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience preferred.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
