A local insurance organization located in Robinson Township is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide administrative and operational support. This role involves assisting with routine phone communication, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking basic service information, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, communicates well, and can be trusted to handle sensitive information. Responsibilities
- Monitor and track service activity to ensure timely verification and follow‑up
- Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to support operational needs
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within internal systems and databases
- Request, receive, and organize required documentation in accordance with company guidelines
- Support utilization and service management processes for assigned accounts
- – Document communications, updates, and issues in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained and general administrative and organizational standards are upheld
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable performing routine data entry and administrative tasks
