Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track service activity to ensure timely verification and follow‑up
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to support operational needs
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within internal systems and databases
  • Request, receive, and organize required documentation in accordance with company guidelines
  • Support utilization and service management processes for assigned accounts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable performing routine data entry and administrative tasks
