Our client is seeking a highly seasoned, poised Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer within a fast‑paced asset management environment. This is a high‑visibility role requiring exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to read the room and act with confidence and discretion. Hours are flexible, typically starting between 7:30-8:00am and ending between 5:00-6:30pm depending on the CEO’s schedule. The role follows a hybrid schedule aligned to the CEO’s presence, with core onsite days Tuesday-Thursday and flexibility to be onsite additional days as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar management and strategic scheduling
  • Anticipate priorities and manage daily flow to ensure the CEO operates efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, real‑time changes, and contingency planning
  • Maintain availability while the CEO is traveling to support urgent scheduling or research needs
  • Prepare and organize materials, presentations, and briefing documents with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support board‑level and senior leadership meetings, including scheduling, materials, and follow‑up
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison to senior stakeholders across the firm
  • Read the room effectively, knowing when to interrupt, wait, or redirect based on urgency and context
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives tied to the CEO’s priorities

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or CIO within equity asset management or hedge fund environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong executive presence; poised, articulate, and confident communicator
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑demand, fast‑changing environment
  • Financial services background required; strong understanding of investment management culture
  • Tech‑savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with investment platforms a plus
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt calmly to shifting schedules and priorities

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $175K base salary + discretionary bonus
