Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Position:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for day‑to‑day property management activities
  • Assist with lease administration, tenant files, contracts, and certificates of insurance
  • Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and vendor services
  • Support tenants move‑ins/move‑outs, communications, and tenant service initiatives
  • Track delinquencies, tenant bill‑backs, and assist with financial reporting and budgets
  • Conduct property inspections and support oversight of service providers

About You:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of property management or related real estate experience
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Customer‑service focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems

About The Position:

  • $29-$32/hr
  • Conversion Salary: $70K-$76K
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
  • 100% onsite
