Our client, a real estate investment firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Manage firmwide email communications and newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Own and maintain the corporate website, blog, and digital content calendar.
- Execute and optimize social media channels to increase reach and engagement.
- Administer the digital asset management (DAM) system and maintain standards and workflows.
- Track performance across digital channels and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital agencies and vendors.
- Manage timelines and workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support the use of AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging marketing technology.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing websites, content, and social media.
- Digital asset management experience.
- Strong analytics, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with marketing technology and AI-assisted tools.
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- $34-$36/hr
- Conversion Salary: $85,00-$95,00
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite
