Our client, a real estate services is seeking a Corporate Concierge to join their team on a temporary basis in McLean, Virginia.
About The Job:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, supporting front desk and lobby operations
* Assist with building access badges and provide campus/building information
* Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot workplace service issues, and ensure timely follow-up
* Support workplace services including mailroom, parking, and conference room coordination
* Maintain organized, professional front desk and lobby areas
* Partner with facilities, transportation, and vendors to support daily operations
* Anticipate needs and deliver high-touch, hospitality-driven service while escalating risks as needed
* Assist with events and support general administrative and operational functions
About You:
* High school diploma or general education degree preferred
* 1+ years prior relevant experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
* Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset
* Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative team player with strong service orientation
* Background in hospitality, facilities, property management, or administrative support preferred
* Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Schedule: 40 hours/week
* $20/hr
* Fully on-site
