Our client, a private investment firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as the client finds the right fit and the in-office schedule will be on-site 5 days a week with hours from 8:45am-5:00pm. Compensation ranges from $100-130K.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception duties
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff
- Support office management for the Greenwich location
- Provide administrative support to leadership and operations team
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Over time, support additional team members including VP level and ops team
- Maintain a polished and professional office environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with senior leadership
- Ability to multitask and take on responsibilities beyond traditional admin work
- Open to administrative or hospitality backgrounds
