Our client, a trade association, is seeking a client success coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, VA.

About The Job:

  • Serve on the front line of the client experience, responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Act as a subject‑matter resource on programs, products, and services
  • Assess and resolve low‑ to medium‑complexity inquiries while maintaining quality and performance standards
  • Document all client interactions accurately within customer management systems
  • Provide entry‑level troubleshooting and follow up on escalated inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements to enhance client experience

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience preferred
  • Strong client‑facing, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong customer service mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $23-$25/hr
  • Schedule: Full‑time, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite
