Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temp to Perm Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to join their team. Role works onsite at a commercial bank. This position will serve temporarily and will operate on an in-office schedule Monday – Friday,7:30am – 4:30pm. Compensation is $23.50/hr. The temp duration is approximately 90 days.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and high-touch service
* Execute the experience program at the client site
* Manage temporary access badges, building access cards, lost & found, luggage storage, and quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms
* Assist with site events in coordination with conference services and administrative teams
* Escalate and submit work orders related to janitorial, mailroom, facilities, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms
* Collaborate with other service lines and partners
* Support projects and initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation
* Perform additional duties as requested
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, facilities, property management, or operations preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong initiative, integrity, and judgment
* Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
