Our client is seeking a calm, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support a Co‑Chair and her immediate family in a high‑touch, UHNW environment. This role is deeply personal in nature and requires exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage complex family logistics with a steady, reassuring presence. Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed for events, travel, and urgent matters. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive personal support to a Co‑Chair, her spouse, and their child
- Manage detailed family calendars including school, sports, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate family travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage logistics across multiple residences
- Liaise with drivers, household staff, property managers, and external vendors
- Own day‑to‑day family financial administration including bill pay, invoice review, credit card reconciliation, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with tax and insurance providers, maintaining accurate records and timely submissions
- Manage insurance matters including home, auto, and personal property policies
- Oversee healthcare administration including appointment tracking, claims submission, and medical documentation
- Support staff management including onboarding/offboarding domestic staff, payroll approval, and staffing coordination
- Assist with event planning for family gatherings, holidays, and special occasions
- Handle ticket purchases, reservations, and RSVPs on behalf of the family
- Proofread and edit correspondence, newsletters, and speeches as requested
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive/Personal Assistant
- Prior experience supporting UHNW individuals or families strongly preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
- Calm, composed demeanor with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working with differing communication styles and preferences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech‑savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and iCloud
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K-$110K base salary + discretionary bonus
