We are seeking a polished and service‑driven Experience Services Receptionist to support front‑of‑house operations, create exceptional first impressions, and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors, employees, and guests. This role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality‑focused mindset, and the ability to stay organized and proactive in a dynamic workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and assist all guests, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and memorable arrival experience.

  • Manage visitor check‑ins, issue badges, and maintain accurate registration and security protocols.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for inquiries related to services, amenities, wayfinding, and building functions.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and lobby area that reflects high service standards.

  • Monitor shared inboxes, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately while prioritizing in‑person interactions.

  • Collaborate with onsite workplace, facilities, engineering, and mailroom teams to support daily operations and upcoming events.

  • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security needs using the appropriate systems.

  • Support meeting and event logistics, including weeks with large‑scale visitor activity.

  • Identify and escalate potential risks related to privacy, security, or operational disruptions.

  • Provide general administrative support, maintain updated phone lists, and assist with transportation arrangements.

  • Contribute ideas to enhance the workplace experience and support best‑in‑class service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time‑management skills.

  • Proactive problem‑solver with a hospitality‑driven approach.

  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or other client‑facing roles preferred.

  • Experience with CMMS systems is a plus but not required.

  • Professional, polished appearance suitable for a front‑facing corporate environment (business professional; no jeans).
