Our client, a healthcare-focused provider, is seeking a Participant Advocate to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Rockville, Maryland.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative and clerical support to daily office operations
* Process incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, indexing, and distribution
* Coordinate and process enrollment forms and supporting documentation
* Answer phones, route calls, and greet visitors in a professional manner
* Maintain records, update member information, and support data entry tasks
* Assist with office operations, supplies, and general workflow coordination
About You:
* 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
* Experience handling physical and electronic correspondence
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Professional demeanor with strong customer service and phone etiquette
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $22/hr
* Perm Salary: ~$55K
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
* 100% onsite in Rockville, MD
* Must have reliable transportation
