Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and real‑time changes
  • Assist with interview coordination and onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Support internal meeting logistics, preparation, and follow‑up
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for team members and internal partners
  • Partner closely with another EA on the team to ensure seamless coverage and communication
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks with a proactive, team‑first mindset

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Background in financial services or similarly structured professional environments preferred
  • Strong calendar and travel coordination experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and a range of personalities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $120K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
  • Company‑paid healthcare (multiple medical plan options; employee contribution required)
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy benefits
  • Employee and family assistance programs (counseling, legal services, financial support)
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Tiered PTO structure based on tenure
  • Hybrid schedule with flexibility around remote days
