Our client, a consumer products company in Needham, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a recruiting and development program. This hybrid role (onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday) has hours 8:30am-5:00pm and offers free parking. This is a contract opportunity through December, and it is compensating up to $28/hour. The role supports high-volume recruiting coordination and program logistics in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, managing scheduling and communications
  • Support logistics for events and programming (catering, room reservations, materials, setup, attendance tracking)
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and pre-arrival coordination for new hires
  • Coordinate speaker sessions, AI-focused programming, and innovation events
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and process documentation to ensure operational consistency
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, and business stakeholders
  • Support large-scale talent programming including workshops, networking events, and orientation sessions
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, program coordination, or administrative roles
  • Experience with high-volume scheduling and calendar management preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting events, logistics, or recruiting programs preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); CRM or ATS experience is a plus
