Our client is seeking an ambitious, adaptable Executive Assistant to support a Credit team within a fast‑paced, global infrastructure investment environment. This role supports multiple senior investment professionals and requires someone comfortable with heavy travel coordination, client interaction, and last‑minute changes. The environment is high‑energy and collaborative, and the ideal candidate thrives with ambiguity while maintaining strong organization and follow‑through. Hours are typically 8:30am-5:30/6:00pm, with overtime and after‑hours accessibility required as business needs arise. The role is fully onsite five days per week, with flexibility once trust is established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to a Credit team of approximately five senior professionals
- Manage complex, high‑volume calendars across time zones with frequent changes
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including last‑minute adjustments
- Serve as a client‑facing point of contact with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and revise PowerPoint materials and assist with presentation support
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless team coverage
- Monitor priorities and proactively flag conflicts or scheduling risks
- Remain accessible outside standard business hours when urgent needs arise
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience (flexible on exact tenure)
- Strong preference for professional services or financial services backgrounds
- Proven experience supporting front‑office or client‑facing executives
- Comfortable booking heavy travel and managing frequent last‑minute changes
- Proficiency with PowerPoint; Excel familiarity a plus
- Experience using Concur for expenses strongly preferred
- Team‑oriented mindset with comfort operating in an environment where priorities shift
- BA/BS preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$140K base salary depending on experience + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
