We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support a dynamic Events & Experiences team. This role will help execute a mix of webinars, virtual programs, and high-touch advisor events aligned to key growth initiatives. We are looking for candidates that are coming from professional services. This is a one year contract role and works a hybrid schedule in the downtown Chicago loop.
What You’ll Do
- Support execution of webinars and virtual engagement programs (logistics, materials, timelines)
- Assist in planning and delivering advisor events, sponsorships, and in-person experiences
- Coordinate vendors, venues, communications, and event logistics end-to-end
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional deliverables
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Help deliver a polished, high-quality experience across all events
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or event management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Prefer Financial services experience and exposure to both virtual and in-person events.
