Our client, a national real estate investment company, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee two properties in Northern Virginia and join their busy and dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of two commercial properties in Arlington, VA and Alexandria, VA.
- Handle all financial reporting to include monthly reports, tenant bill-backs, accruals, and more.
- Provide high-level customer service to tenants, checking in and engaging with tenants on a daily and weekly basis.
- Conducts property inspections and oversees maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Manages capital projects, tenant improvements, and other property updates.
- Additional projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of commercial property management experience required; including 1-2 years in a management role.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Nexis, MRI, and Prism programs (or similar).
- Strong detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and customer/client service skills.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $95K-$120K (DOE).
