Our client a commercial real estate agency is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with a possibility of going permanent in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative support to property management and engineering teams
- Serve as front desk point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
- Manage work order system, including tracking, updates, and reporting
- Process invoices, contracts, and maintain building documentation and records
- Maintain tenant contact lists, building guides, and tracking reports
- Support office operations, including supply ordering and general coordination
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and special projects across properties
About You:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (property experience preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary for 2-3 months with potential to extend or convert!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $23-$24/hr
- Permanent Salary: $50K-$53K
- Fully onsite
