Our client is seeking a highly professional, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support senior attorneys within a global law firm. This is a high‑touch Legal EA role that combines traditional executive support with project coordination, billing oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration. The position is ideal for someone experienced in legal or professional services environments who thrives in a structured, high‑standards setting and brings strong judgment and discretion. Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm (with flexibility as needed). The role is fully onsite five days per week for the first 60 days, then transitions to a hybrid 3/2 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level support to senior attorneys, managing day‑to‑day administrative and operational needs
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
- Support billing workflows, including pre‑bills, approvals, and follow‑up
- Manage document organization and maintain filing systems (DMS) with accuracy
- Delegate and coordinate tasks across Legal Support Assistants and support teams
- Assist with onboarding and supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas
- Conduct research and compile materials for meetings and case preparation
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within legal or professional services
- BigLaw or comparable legal environment experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting senior attorneys or executives
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills in high‑volume environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially with documents and client materials
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong executive presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal systems; comfort with new technologies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K-$115K base salary + discretionary bonus + annual increases
