Our client is seeking a polished, hospitality‑driven Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact within a high‑traffic, fast‑paced investment office. This is a front‑of‑house, white‑glove service role requiring exceptional professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in client‑facing environments and enjoys creating a seamless experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm with some flexibility for early or late meetings, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary front‑of‑house presence, greeting clients and visitors with a high level of professionalism
  • Register guests with building security and coordinate visitor access
  • Manage conference room scheduling and reservations
  • Coordinate catering, beverages, and meeting logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Answer and route incoming calls and assist with phone coverage across offices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and client‑ready reception area and meeting rooms
  • Assist with mailroom duties and package coordination
  • Support office operations and assist Office Services team with special projects
  • Maintain security protocols and monitor access points as needed
  • Deliver a consistent, high‑touch hospitality experience across all interactions

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or client‑facing roles
  • Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a high‑traffic, highly visible front‑desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain a pristine environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $75K-$85K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
