Our client, a global investment management firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Floater Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as the right fit is identified and will be on-site Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays. The hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with the expectation of a 24/7 mentality. Compensation is up to $44/hour during the 6-9 month temporary trial period and will pay 100K when permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendaring across multiple executives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Provide coverage for EAs across various teams
- Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with special projects when not on active coverage
- Maintain strong communication and responsiveness across stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of executive assistant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, PDF creation)
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
