Our client, a public sector organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for a long term temporary position in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level executive support to a senior leader within a regulatory division
- Manage complex calendars with competing priorities, including coordination with senior officials and stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, correspondence, and meeting documents
- Manage expenses, invoices, and budget tracking
- Support high-level meetings, briefings, and board-related activities, including logistics and follow-up
- Assist with general administrative support, tracking action items, and special projects
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of senior administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Strong experience managing complex scheduling, travel, and high-level communications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong discretion handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: Through September 2027
- $40-$45/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 100% onsite
