Our client, a leading investment management firm is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator and Compliance to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Bethesda, Maryland.

About The Job:

  • Support the Investor Relations & Legal Compliance team with scheduling, document management, and special projects
  • Maintain registration statement content management systems, regulatory materials, and department files
  • Assist with the preparation, review, proofreading, and organization of registration statements and board materials
  • Manage department calendars, including regulatory filings, board meetings, and key deadlines
  • Coordinate invoice processing and support contract review and management activities
  • Provide administrative support to department leadership and assist with additional projects as assigned

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting investor relations, legal, compliance, or financial services teams preferred but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $28-$32/hr
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite
