Our client, a small concierge-style healthcare practice, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator to support front desk operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience in a personalized medical office setting. This role is paying $24/hour and is fully onsite in Chestnut Hill, MA, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist patients with inquiries
  • Greet patients and oversee check-in and check-out processes
  • Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars
  • Update and maintain patient records within the EMR system
  • Support daily front desk operations and general office organization
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and seamless patient experience
  • Collaborate with the physician and clinical staff to support office workflows
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Candidate Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of administrative, receptionist, front desk, or patient services experience
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with EMR systems, including Athenahealth or Epic, strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative office environment
  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
