Our client, an event service company, is seeking a Client Relations & Sales Coordinator to join their team on a long term temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Silver Spring, Maryland.

About The Job:

  • Manage client inquiries, schedule consultations, and guide clients through the booking process
  • Prepare and update proposals, contracts, invoices, and event details through HoneyBook
  • Coordinate event planning, timeline meetings, client communications, and final confirmations
  • Track payments, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support sales efforts through lead follow-up, upselling services, and pipeline reporting
  • Provide post-event communication, including thank-you emails and review requests

About You:

  • 1+ year of administrative, customer service, sales support, or client coordination experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with client communications, scheduling, contracts, or CRM systems
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Apple devices
  • Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Canva experience and interest in events are a plus

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $20-$21/hr
  • Long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire
  • 100% onsite
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
  • Training schedule: 20 hours/week initially
  • Work directly with the owners in a home-office environment
