Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm located in Westchester County (Armonk) is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Lobby Ambassador to join their team. Role works onsite at a global technology company. This position will start ASAP and will operate on an in-office schedule, 5 days a week between the hours of 8:15am – 5:15pm with flexibility. Compensation is up to $25/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, issues, and feedback
• Manage ticket creation, tracking, and resolution in Maximo CMMS
• Provide proactive communication and follow-up on service requests
• Conduct routine lobby walkthroughs and service delivery assessments
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and company standards
• Support data collection, reporting, and performance tracking
• Deliver high-touch, hospitality-focused client experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or facilities experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn CMMS systems (Maximo preferred)
• Professional demeanor and client-facing experience
• Experience with SLAs and vendor coordination preferred
