Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm located in Westchester County (Armonk) is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Lobby Ambassador to join their team. Role works onsite at a global technology company. This position will start ASAP and will operate on an in-office schedule, 5 days a week between the hours of 8:15am – 5:15pm with flexibility. Compensation is up to $25/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Manage ticket creation, tracking, and resolution in Maximo CMMS
- Provide proactive communication and follow-up on service requests
- Conduct routine lobby walkthroughs and service delivery assessments
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and company standards
- Support data collection, reporting, and performance tracking
- Deliver high-touch, hospitality-focused client experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or facilities experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn CMMS systems (Maximo preferred)
- Professional demeanor and client-facing experience
- Experience with SLAs and vendor coordination preferred
