A mission-driven non-profit is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in their Washington, D.C office.

About The Job:

  • Maintain email correspondence and customer databases, ensuring accurate data entry and record management
  • Draft, edit, format, and distribute correspondence, memos, and internal communications
  • Maintain and organize process documentation to support internal operations and audit readiness
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
  • Update and maintain SharePoint content and related documentation

About You:

  • 3-5 years of strong administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting finance or accounting teams is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating meetings and managing schedules across multiple time zones

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 2.5 months with potential to extend
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
  • $28-$31/hr
