Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to a senior executive leading a large, complex, and fast paced organization. This is a unique opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and operating as a true business partner. This position is being hired initially as a contract assignment with an expected duration of approximately three months with potential to extend.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing a complex executive calendar with shifting priorities

* Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements

* Processing expense reports and executive documentation

* Scheduling high level meetings and resolving calendar conflicts

* Preparing presentations, reports, and executive materials

* Supporting leadership communications and organizational events

* Assisting with quarterly town halls and large scale meetings

* Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion

* Participating in special projects and strategic initiatives

* Providing occasional support to additional leaders and teams as needed

What We’re Looking For

* At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience

* Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

* Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills

* Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Professional maturity and executive presence

* Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

* High level of discretion and confidentiality

* Experience navigating a large or complex corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

* C-suite support experience

* Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms

* Strong PowerPoint presentation skills

* Experience supporting HR leadership teams

* Familiarity with AI tools and emerging workplace technology

* Experience managing large virtual meetings and events

Schedule

* Standard business hours

* Hybrid environment with a minimum of four days onsite
