Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior team within a leading merchant bank focused on long‑term partnerships with founders and businesses. This is a high‑touch, client‑facing EA role within the firm’s Sports Investments team, requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate at a high level across multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Hours are typically 8:30am-5:30pm with light after‑hours responsiveness, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level support to senior members of the Sports Investments team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and preferences
- Prepare and build PowerPoint presentations from start to finish
- Take detailed meeting notes and support follow-up actions
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and managing executive time effectively
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and materials
- Maintain organization across workflows, communications, and projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and CRM systems (DealCloud) to support operations
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and project-based work as needed
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience in professional services, finance, or similar high‑performance environments preferred
- Strong PowerPoint skills (able to build presentations independently) required
- Excellent calendar management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong executive presence
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong judgment
- Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140K base salary + discretionary bonus
