Our client, a international law firm is seeking a Client Intake Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Richmond, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Handle all aspects of new client and matter intake for a national law firm
- Enter and update client and matter information within the Elite Enterprise billing system
- Review, verify, and maintain accurate client records and resolve incomplete or inaccurate information
- Assist with conflict-of-interest searches and client/matter record maintenance
- Respond to Records Helpline inquiries and process requested updates
- Support matter closing procedures and other records management functions as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate/training preferred
- 1+ years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or law firm experience required
- Law firm experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients
- Interest in utilizing AI tools, including Copilot and Harvey, to support daily work
About The Position:
- Start Date: July 22nd
- Temporary assignment (4 months) covering a parental leave
- $23-$33/hr
- Fully onsite in Richmond, VA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM EST
